JOB DETAILS One of our clients, a reputed media & entertainment company based in Chennai, is looking out for a Business Development Manager as per the specificatins below:  Required Candidate profile 1] Ability to accurately identify and assess opportunities and apply resources and strategies appropriately 2] Excellent negotiation skills 3] Strong analytic and relationship building experience and presentation of data based solutions 4] Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models 5] Deep familiarity with ad campaign metrics and analysis 6] Self-starter that can thrive in both corporate and start-up environments 7] Exceptional communication and presentation skills - creation and delivery 8] Should be proficient in English, TAMIL & Hindi  Key Responsibilities: 1] Responsible for maintaining good rapport/relationship with clients/partners. 2] Responsible in developing new business models and revenue streams for content monetization with a proven track record of delivering the targets inconstantly evolving Media & Entertainment industry. 3] Having on-ground experience and in-depth knowledge across the areas of - Mobile Value Added Services, Music Streaming Services, Online Video Marketing, Content Licensing, Music Publishing, TV, Print & Radio Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital marketing and Film Marketing 4] Responsible for developing 100% strategies and for implementation of campaigns for market growth. 5] Responsible for approaching Sponsors/Brands and should get them involved in our projects and Events 6] Should be able to contact and approach Film Production Houses, Music Directors, Ad / TVC Channels, Producers, Event organizers and Artists who can get business to our company 7] Responsible for researching the existing market and emerging trends in the music industry through his team 8] Responsible for analysing the existing customer base or audience and current revenues from. 9] Oversee all internal operations, resolve issues, optimize campaigns, and assure 100% fulfillment. 10] Responsible for building & managing the team in an organized way. 11] Coordinating with all team for acquisition of new market. 12] Tracking team performances and contribute for growth of market share as well as for building highly effective channels. 13] Coordinating over the invoices and payments as well as carrying out reconciliation. 14] Responsible for adhering all policies and processes of the company 15] Must take any other works as assigned by management.
