Crisis communication: Developing and executing plans to manage and mitigate negative publicity or public concerns. Internal communications: Creating and distributing internal communications, such as newsletters and memos, to keep employees informed and engaged. Reputation management: Monitoring media coverage and public opinion to protect and enhance the organization's reputation.
