Responsibilities

Implement and maintain scalable Workday security models across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Workday Adaptive, in alignment with the strategic direction set by the VP Workday Security andpliance Lead
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday security frameworks, including domain and business process security policies, security groups, and user access management.
Support Workday security architecture reviews and contribute technical rmendations to enhance security posture.
Collaborate with HR, Global Cyber Security, Global Technology Services, andpliance teams to define and refine access controls, user provisioning, and segregation of duties.
Execute security configuration changes and maintain documentation for architecture, policies, and procedures.
Conduct audits and risk assessments under the guidance of thepliance Lead, ensuring adherence to internal and externalpliance standards (, SOX, GDPR).
Participate in Workday releases, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring security considerations are addressed.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workday security professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems,puter Science, or related field (master's preferred).
7+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 3 years focused on Workday security architecture.
Strong technical knowledge of Workday security frameworks and modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking).
Familiarity withpliance and regulatory requirements (, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, andmunication skills.
Workday certifications (, Workday Pro in Security) are a plus.
