Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategiesLead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetsNegotiate and close agreements with large customersManage and oversee the relationship with key accountsMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reportsStay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on boardBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'RSM - East' should have:

Proven work experience in a sales role in the FMCG sectorKnowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitudeAbility to lead and motivate a high performance sales teamStrong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
