Site Leadership & Build-OutEstablish and scale our India engineering site from scratchHire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent across functionsCreate a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovationPlatform Architecture & ScalabilityLead the design and evolution of our core lending technology platformEnsure architectural robustness to support exponential growth and agilityCollaborate with global engineering leaders to align platform and product strategyProduct DevelopmentDrive the 0→1 and 1→10 journey of product development in IndiaPartner with Product, Data, and Design teams to deliver high-impact solutionsBalance speed, quality, and scalability in executionStrategic LeadershipAct as a thought partner to the executive team on technology strategyInspire through intellect, credibility, and clarity-not hierarchyRepresent the India tech center in global forums and leadership discussionsThe Successful Applicant
Engineering Site Builder: Proven experience setting up and scaling tech centers or R&D hubs in India from scratch.Platform Architect: Deep expertise in designing scalable, cloud-native SaaS platforms with AI/ML integration.Strategic Technologist: Ability to align technical architecture with business goals, and influence cross-functional leadership globally.-
