Job Description

- Site Leadership & Build-Out

- Establish and scale our India engineering site from scratch

- Hire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent across functions

- Create a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation

- Platform Architecture & Scalability

- Lead the design and evolution of our core lending technology platform

- Ensure architectural robustness to support exponential growth and agility

- Collaborate with global engineering leaders to align platform and product strategy

- Product Development

- Drive the 0→1 and 1→10 journey of product development in India

- Partner with Product, Data, and Design teams to deliver high-impact solutions

- Balance speed, quality, and scalability in execution

- Strategic Leadership

- Act as a thought partner to the executive team on technology strategy

- Inspire through intellect, credibility, and clarity-not hierarchy

- Represent the India tech center in global forums and leadership discussions

The Successful Applicant

- Engineering Site Builder: Proven experience setting up and scaling tech centers or R&D hubs in India from scratch.

- Platform Architect: Deep expertise in designing scalable, cloud-native SaaS platforms with AI/ML integration.

- Strategic Technologist: Ability to align technical architecture with business goals, and influence cross-functional leadership globally.
