Assistant Manager(offline Sales)

Job description Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business in the offline segment. Identify and onboard new partners, including travel agencies, education consultants, and corporate clients. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. 2. Customer & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Negotiate and finalize partnerships to enhance revenue streams. 3. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring: Guide and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Set clear performance goals and monitor key sales metrics. Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for team development. 4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ offerings in the forex market. Stay updated on industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly. 5. Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure competitive pricing strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial services, travel, or forex industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of forex markets and financial products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
