Job Description Position - Offline Marketing Location- Gurugram Experience- 0-2 Yrs Position Overview We're looking for a Junior Offline Marketing Specialist who's energetic, creative, and ready to bring our brand to life on-ground. You'll support the execution of offline marketing campaigns, events, dealer activations, and visibility programs that help connect with customers and communities. KeyResponsibilities Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and field activities. Coordinate with vendors, dealers, and local partners for brand activations. Support event management, including setup, logistics, and branding materials. Ensure consistent brand visibility across locations through signage, displays, and outdoor promotions. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and support regional growth. Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare activity reports. Assist in sourcing marketing materials and maintaining inventory. Stay updated on competitor activities and emerging marketing trends. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 02 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand promotions (freshers with enthusiasm may apply). Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel for events, activations, and on-site work. Desired Skills Knowledge of offline marketing strategies and campaign execution. Creativity and problem-solving approach. Basic understanding of brand management and customer engagement. Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and coordination.
