Appoint, Manage, & Train Team to achieve business growth.
Handling Key Accounts and Modern Trade like D-Mart, Spencer, Big Bazaar, Reliance Trend, ABRL, Max Hyper, and More.
Achieving Tertiary and Primary target on Daily & Monthly basis.
SWOT analysis of the competition followed by corrective actions to win the business.
Manage, motivate & guide sales team to achieve growth & profitability.
Should be able to handle promoters in the modern trade outlets..
Supervising the revenue & operations for maintaining functional stability of the company.
Conducting promotional activity on regular basis.
Needs to be comfortable with field sales. 
May have to travel to other cities for customer meetings. 
Sell Luggage products and services to current and potential clients. 
Establish customers' needs and demonstrate products/solutions to them. 
Develop leads from the market. 
Need To travel to other metro cities of India at times.
