About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Billing Executive to manage invoicing, billing, and related compliance activities. You will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, managing e-way bills, and ensuring smooth billing operations in line with GST regulations.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and manage customer invoices using Tally Prime software. Generate e-invoices and e-way bills as per statutory requirements. Ensure accurate GST application and compliance. Maintain billing records and update payment status. Handle client communication for billing queries and clarifications. Support in Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual billing summaries. Co-ordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups.What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in Tally Prime and billing procedures. Experience with e-invoicing, e-way bills, and GST compliance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and email handling skills.
