JOB DETAILS
Establish and implement the goal setting for all the positions.Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners and develop the New clients.
Individual revenue Target Inline with EBIDTA.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of the job handling
Plan and direct activities such as analyses the job factor and product Re-Engineering.
Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
Positive relationship with all the stake holders internal and external
Responsible for the EBIDTA Target and Revenue.
Project the monthly jobs in hand and support the plant to execute the job.
Submit the BSC report and responsible division/branch sales output. Which includes the Target V/s Actual, Customer Service Index, Potential Customer, Market scenario.
Analyse the job factor and work towards the re-engineering the product and process.
Updated about the market condition and technology.
