Job Title Presales Executive WFO Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote e-Learning BrightChamps EdTech platform and schedule demo classes Handle outbound calls providing information and resolving queries about demo sessions Build rapport with leads and guiding them through onboarding and enrollment for a smooth experience Schedule demo classes based on lead preferences and ensure timely follow-ups rescheduling Accurately document all interactions feedback and requirements in the CRM system Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction sharing insights to enhance internal processes Requirements Strong command of English both spoken and written Willing to work flexible 9 -hour shifts Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems Preferred candidate from Edtech Sales Promotion Background but is not mandatory Working Days 6 days a week Sunday s Off Shift Timing Day Shift Location GI FACILITY SERVICES 3rd Floor IT Park Mantripukri Imphal east-795002 Manipur Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
