(, implemented HR HCM & OR ATS)SAP Success Factors/ Workday or equivalent certificationAnalytical ability with a strong eye for details and numbers (HR analytics experience is a plus)Experience in project management, process improvements, and change management methodologiesKnowledge of data Visualization tools (, Power BI)Experience in AI/ML applications in HR is a plus
