Job Description

Ideal candidates must come from the broking fraternity, possessing a strong market network and in-depth industry knowledge across non EB.The position is based in Bangalore. Mumbai can be considered for exceptional cases.Build the channel ground up, create the network of relationships and manage them.Focus on operational and underwriting aspects and work closely with the functional teams to build the channel.This role also involves scaling up the team, starting with the recruitment of regional leaders to drive growth and expansion.
