and tracking.
As an Operations and Logistics Manager at TWT, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of our supply chain and logistics processes. You will work closely with internal teams,
external partners, and vendors to ensure that products are delivered in a timely and cost-effective
manner. Your role will involve optimizing processes, managing inventory levels, analyzing data to
identify areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline distribution and improve efficiency
- Develop relations with Quick commerce Customers’ supply chain team
- Manage transportation and distribution activities to meet customer requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the planning team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and drive continuous
improvement initiatives
Personality:
Needs to be a likable person. Role involves meeting and communicating with a lot of people.
Attention to detail with ability to spot patterns
Very structured in day-to-day work
Collaborative in nature. The job involves working with a lot of cross functional teams while being in the
hot seat. The person needs to be comfortable with this type of a role and have maturity to handle
difficult situations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or logistics within a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of industry best practices and current trends in logistics and supply chain management.
