Job Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of software systems.Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.Identify and resolve technical challenges promptly and effectively.Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential for implementation.Prepare and maintain technical documentation for future reference.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Java Tech Lead should have:

A strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.Knowledge of database systems, including both SQL and NoSQL.Expertise in version control tools such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.The ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
