Job Description

Review and draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Provide legal support to internal teams on various corporate matters.Assist in managing legal risks and identifying potential areas of concern.Support the preparation of documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.Maintain and organise legal records for easy accessibility.Collaborate with external legal counsel as required for specialised cases.Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the technology and telecoms industry.Contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.4-7 years of post qualification experienceStrong knowledge of legal principles and regulatory requirements in the technology and telecoms industry.Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
