Job Description A prestigious law firm, is looking for a talented Associate/Senior Associate (2-4 years PQE) to join their Banking & Finance team in Mumbai. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work on high-value financial transactions, regulatory advisory, and complex lending matters. Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various financing documents, including loan agreements, security documents, trust deeds, and debenture documentation. Conducting due diligence on borrowers and collateral structures for credit transactions. Advising clients on banking regulations, compliance matters, and NBFC issues. Assisting with syndicated lending, structured finance transactions, and external commercial borrowings (ECBs). Engaging in negotiations with financial institutions, banks, and corporate clients. Providing advice on RBI regulations, financial restructuring, securitization, and insolvency proceedings. Candidate Profile: 2-4 years of relevant experience working in law firms, banks, or NBFCs. Strong understanding of banking laws, credit structuring, and financial documentation. Exposure to corporate finance, project finance, debt capital markets, and structured lending transactions is an advantage. Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and client-centric environment.
