Roles and Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY Manage Team of campaign managers to drive business through Digital push campaigns Data Mining, cleansing, extraction from existing Databases on SQL Create contextual product specific databases Create Automated process for reporting and auto campaign trigger through Power BI End to end process ownership from data selection to sales. System automation for repetitive campaigns Analyze campaign performance and take corrective actions to improve performance Performance analysis basis historical data and create statistical models Build propensity models to identify high performance customer segments Develop campaign dashboard on Power BI for Senior Management presentation Analyze campaign performance and take corrective actions to improve performance. Work Experience 4 years of experience with NBFC, Banks in Techno-commercial role Strong experience in SQL - should be able to build complex and optimized queries Strong experience in Excel - should be comfortable with advanced functions. Understanding of macros is beneficial Must be familiar with statistical software tools such as SAS, Stata, SPSS Knowledge of finance industry and experience in risk function
