Job description Client Relationship Management: Understand the specific requirements of corporate clients (retailers, boutiques, etc.) and recommend suitable products. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring continued business growth. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and addressing any concerns. Sales Activities: Share daily updates on new product arrivals, promotions, and designs over WhatsApp and other communication channels. Use digital tools, including WhatsApp, emails, and video calls, to sell products and maintain contact with clients. Process orders accurately and promptly, managing the order fulfillment process. Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding pending orders, payments, or deliveries. Market Awareness & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in ethnic wear and fabrics used in the Indian garment industry. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on the latest collections and best-selling items. Sales Targets & Performance: Work to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business growth. Maintain accurate records of client orders, sales, and communication in Google Sheets and other CRM tools. Multitasking & Client Management: Manage multiple client inquiries, meetings, and transactions simultaneously, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Offer personalized sales experiences to clients over video calls or in-person meetings as required. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring client satisfaction. Handle client issues or complaints promptly and professionally, working to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction.
