JOB DETAILS
1.To Track under construction commercial office projects by Site scanning area wise and get all the necessary information by visiting it from under construction site like who isArchitect, Interior Contractor, Project Manager, Site in charge and key decision takers with contact details.
2.Plan an appointment (by emails/phone) with respective Architects, Contractors, Project Manager for showing products and To Convince decision takers to use our products in respective offices / projects.
3.Will be Given reasonable Targets for Sales and debtors collection , Must have Motor bike with driving license and shall be familiar with local city routes overall.
4.Candidate will have to be on field whole day after basic reporting / sample collecting from office and At the end of the day need to fill all day works in excel and share with His Reporting In charge.
5.Once Gets any order shall be responsible till end execution of work by coordinating with internal departments like Production Installers, Finance.
