Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the luxury real estate developer segment, aligned with overall business goals.Build and sustain long-term partnerships with developers, architects, and builders to drive business growth.Conduct market analysis to identify trends and insights, adjusting sales tactics to stay ahead of industry shifts.Drive achievement of lead and lag indicators, ensuring the team is aligned with and accountable for sales targets.Collaborate deeply with Marketing, Operations, Product, CRM, and HR to ensure seamless alignment and enable sales success.Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team with a strong focus on vision clarity, continuous improvement, and a culture of trust and recognition.

The Successful Applicant

Proven sales leadership experience in premium brands or adjacent industries such as home automation, architectural products, or high-end building materials, with a strong record of closing high-value deals.Well-established network with real estate developers, architects, and designers; comfortable navigating the luxury ecosystem and its buying dynamics.Strong customer experience orientation with the ability to engage and influence HNIs and premium clients through consultative, value-led selling.Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, with a sharp understanding of luxury market expectations.
