JOB DETAILS


1.All export documentations related to pre and post shipments especially handling LC documentation.
2.Managing export customers through correspondence for international market for documentation & International marketing.
3.Effective coordination of purchasing/customers in respect of shipments/documentation part.
4.Handling and scheduling complete export procedure from point of order receipt to material dispatch along with relevant documentation.
5.Strategize with team and follow ups with the vendors/CHA/customers for shipment & payments.
6.Strong negotiation skills with CHA & transport co. for best rates & service and should be able to meet deadlines/ target dates.
7.All export documents related to Export Benefits, License, Bank Correspondence , BRC, Excise, H forms, Focus and DGFT licenses (FMS, Drawback, SHIS).
8.Daily basis follow ups in terms of completion of the orders and meeting client requirement.
