Be able to maintain good working relationships with people at all levels, from clients to vendors to team members

communication and presentation skills are a necessary trait

Have a positive and adaptable attitude

Be innovative and creative to distinguish your event from the competition

Have knowledge of sales, BD, marketing & operations

should be someone with excellent administrative skills

Be able to work as part of a team, Possess an eye for detail
