Job Description
New Product Development (NPD)
Develop and formulate new detergent products aligned with market demands.Conduct laboratory trials, stability tests, and pilot-scale trials to validate formulations.Prepare product specifications, analytical methods, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The Successful Applicant
Degree. MBA will be highly preferred.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in detergent formulation and process development.Strong background in new product development, quality improvement, and process optimization.Proven expertise in conducting lab trials, stability testing, and scaling up formulations to production.In-depth knowledge of compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards in product development.Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, marketing, production, and quality.Experience in driving innovation through research on new raw materials, technologies, and sustainable solutions.Strong documentation skills, with experience preparing specifications, SOPs, and supporting audits.Effective communication skills, both technical and interpersonal, to support supplier and stakeholder interactions.-
