JOB DETAILS About the roleThe Role Business development & customer relations executive is extremely crucial in driving the businesses top line. The executive will directly report to the Head of Sales India. Responsibilities Shopify Store Listings & funnel Optimization Continually optimize the shopify store, product pages and A+ content to drive traffic and sales for existing and new products Partner with brand team to develop messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines Promotion Set up new product promotions for every new product release Execute vine and influencer marketing in partnership with content manager Assist sales manager with development of product promotion plan Partner with digital and brand marketing to develop and execute AMS and AMG advertising strategy Account Management Regularly refresh content for existing products customer feedback & review generation Work closely with internal departments - Sales, Operations, Brand Marketing, as well as Customer Service for feedback and input.
