Job description:
Run digital marketing activities for revenue generation, D2C & B2B sales
Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and
performance analysis
Run paid media campaigns (primarily google, Insta & Facebook) to maximize revenue
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share,
quality score and other important account metrics.
Manage all efforts & goals on digital paid media: SEM, Display, Paid Social, etc.
Serve as the key strategic lead for traffic & conversion generation
Establish processes to correlate performance marketing metrics to business impact
Monitor key metrics like ROAS, ROI, Cost per acquisition
Work with the team to institute best execution processes
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
Market research and analysing competitors marketing activities
Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media
pages.
managing performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring learnings are shared and
integrated into the team's workflow
Be abreast with the latest happenings in Digital marketing arena
Highly proficient in Excel
Breakdown cohorts and understand their retention and other behaviours (cohort analysis)
SEM via Google ads
In depth understanding of Google ad fundamentals such as PPC, CPC, CPA etc.
Experience in key word selection process after evaluation of search volume, competition &
CPC & CPA.
Experience of running display ads, re-targeting ads, & key word ads.
Understanding importance of quality score in google ads
FB & Instagram Ads
Experience in AB testing of creative /content / Placement/ delivery method/ Budget
allocation/ timing
Experience in running retargeting ads, lookalike ads, Conversion ads, engagement ads, Reach
ads
End goal of all ads is sales conversion & customer acquisition, focus should not be on vanity
metrics such as likes & followers are of no significance.
SEO
Understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Webmasters, and others
Experience in key word selection process after evaluation of search volume, competition
Experience in On-page & off-page SEO
Secondary Skill / Experience (Optional)
Amazon ads
1 year + Experience in planning, executing & optimizing Ad campaigns
Experience in Listing optimization & key word selection
KPI – Increase sales while keeping ACOS under 15%Ability to get amazon’s Choice in each product category
Shopify funnel optimization
Experience of updating, managing, analysing & optimizing a Shopify based E-commerce
website to improve sales conversion
Knowledge of email marketing software like Mail Chimp, Klavyo, Hub Spot and Active
Campaign
Familiarity with website Optimization tools like Hotjar, Similar Web and Screaming Frog
Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing
campaigns using web analytics tools
Getting 2000 visitors per day to the website Influencer Management & PR:
• Creation of monthly influencer marketing & PR strategy
• Revert to collaboration requests & negotiate favourable deals with influencers
• Contact relevant editors of newspapers, Magazines, blogs etc & increase brand awareness
Email marketing:
• Content strategy + content creation +Execution
• Send retargeting emailers to customers
• Send bulk emailers for corporate gifting
