Key
Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement
comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the
organization.

·Collaborate with
hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job
descriptions that accurately reflect the desired qualifications and
responsibilities for each position.

·Utilize a variety of
sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms,
networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

·Conduct thorough
screening and assessment of candidates through resume reviews, phone
screenings, and interviews to identify top talent.

·Coordinate and
schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
from start to finish.

·Manage candidate
relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process.

·Stay up-to-date on
industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this
knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes.

·Collaborate with the
HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout
the recruitment process.

·Track and analyze
recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and
make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

·Assist with other
HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
