Job Description  Answer inbound chat, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution. Be knowledgeable of all Client marketing initiatives and effectively communicate promotions to customers. All other duties as assigned Follow standard processes and procedures; Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications; Redirect problems to appropriate resource; Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and client’s business; Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary; Job Qualifications: Effective French oral & writing communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task. Competent in MS office and web browser environments Ability to continually display positive attitude. Stay current with system information, changes and updates
