Only Candidates between 5 to 12 years of experience applyOnly Candidates based out of Bangalore should applyAbout Our ClientGlobal Leading Real estate CompanyJob DescriptionResponsible for complete documentation for commercial leases of office spaces.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts including terms sheets, LOIs MOUs, lease deeds, agreement to lease, leave and license agreements, maintenance contracts etc., construction contracts and ensure timely closure and execution of the same.Coordination to ensure all agreements are registered.Maintain/update title documents of all properties.Effectively negotiate agreement terms with external stakeholders.Ensure proper contract management system in place.Team player as well as individual contributor.To advise and support all internal stakeholders and senior management.Safeguard and minimize/eliminate legal exposure in commercial leasing contractsThe Successful Applicantwith hands on experience in handling complete legal documentation with respect to office leasing.With experience of negotiating with inhouse legal team and reputed domestic and international external lawyers.a self-starter with the ability to act autonomously. with facilitation / negotiation / influencing skills
