Will collaborate with legal and business teams while maintaining documentation throughout the contract lifecycle. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex agreements and provide invaluable insights to maximize outcomes. Drafts, redlines, and responds to RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's or customer terms & conditions. Identifies business objectives of Azentio for Licensing, Subscription, SaaS, Subcontracts, Amendments, AMC, CR's and facilitates risk mitigation.
