Job description As the Inside Sales Team Lead in our B2C Online Fitness and Nutrition business, you will lead and develop a highperforming sales team focused on revenue growth, customer retention, and new customer acquisition. You’ll drive process improvements to enhance team productivity, implement effective training, and ensure team KPIs are met. Collaborating with other departments, you’ll contribute to strategy development and optimize service quality. This role is key to our vision of empowering individuals to live healthier lives through personalized fitness and nutrition solutions. Continuously improving sales processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Driving customer retention, win-back strategies, and acquiring new customers. Implementing effective training programs to develop team skills and performance. Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify areas for process improvement. Managing incentive programs to keep the team motivated and aligned with goals. Collaborating with other functions to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
