Ideal candidates bring deep experience in selling high-value services with long conversion horizons and can lead with empathy and strategic insight. As a key member of our leadership team, you will build and mentor a high-performing sales team, helping them confidently convey Luxora’s value proposition to prospective clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and scale a team of inside sales associates to meet or exceed ambitious KPIs and revenue targets.Manage and nurture long-cycle, high-ticket sales—specifically elective medical and luxury travel packages.Communicate Luxora’s unique “Vacation + Surgery” value proposition, emphasizing trust, personalized care, and convenience.Oversee the entire sales process—from initial consult to follow-up—ensuring a seamless, consultative experience.Collaborate closely with marketing, product (CureMeAbroad team), and partnerships to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.Analyze sales performance through data-driven insights; continuously refine playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks.Uphold Luxora’s high standards of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.Required QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of leadership experience in inside sales—ideally in industries with long buying cycles and large deal sizes (e.g., luxury travel, healthcare, real estate, B2B services).Exceptional English communication skills; clarity, persuasion, and empathy are essential.American (or Western) accent is a strong advantage for aligning with target markets.Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a results-driven sales team.Skilled in consultative selling, objection handling, and closing high-value opportunities.Comfortable working from the office during night shifts (aligned with U.S./UK/Australia time zones).Based in Pune and available for a full-time, in-person role—six days per week.Why Join Luxora Experiences?Be part of an innovative, category-defining startup that's transforming global medical tourism with technology and hospitality-first service.Lead a passionate inside sales team in a mission-centric environment dedicated to enhancing lives with accessible, luxurious healthcare.Competitive pay that exceeds industry norms, with great scope for performance-based growth.Work at the intersection of healthcare, luxury travel, and technology—shaping the future of patient-first experiences.
