Business development executive

We are currently seeking Graduate Freshers to join our team on direct payroll for SBI General Insurance. This position offers a monthly in-hand salary of 13.5k and is based at our MUKUTBAN, ISSARWADI, AMBAZARI (NAGPUR),HINGOLI ADB, DADAR MILLENIUM BRANCH branch office.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with walk-in customers at the SBI branch office
- Communicate and pitch SBI Health insurance products to customers
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Occasionally visit client locations for product information and deal closure
RequirementsRequirements:
- Age Criteria: 18 yrs-27 yrs
- Educational Qualification: Graduates (Tech, Non Tech Both), 3 yrs Diploma, B.Voc
- Graduate Freshers can apply, as well as those with less than 1 year of experience and no PF
- Good communication skills required
- Apprentices with contracts with other organizations are not eligible
- Both Male & Female can apply
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
