LIXIL is a leading manufacturer of innovative water and housing products. We are seeking a talented Key Business Development Executive to drive business growth in designated territories.

Responsibilities:
  • Expand our dealer network by strategically appointing new sub-dealers.
  • Nurture relationships with Architects, Builders, and interior designers to boost sales inquiries and secure deals.
  • Achieve targeted sales volumes through retail and distribution channels.
  • Secure orders from dealers and ensure timely delivery of our sanitary/building material products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective product displays that enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize meetings with key stakeholders such as Architects and plumbers to promote our products and services.
  • Provide valuable insights to management on competitor strategies and pricing dynamics.
  • Manage payments and collections efficiently to maintain healthy cash flow.

Qualifications: Masters/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales and Marketing, minimum 3 plus years of relevant industry experience.
