The ideal candidate will have a strong client network and proven experience in selling permanent staffing solutions, RPO services, or acquiring GCC clients. This role requires expertise in building relationships, networking, and engaging with CXO-level decision-makers.Job Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients across Engineering, Manufacturing, Consumer, and Pharma sectors.Sell permanent hiring solutions, OR RPO services, and build strong partnerships with GCC clients.Develop and maintain a robust client network within the targeted industries.Build and nurture relationships with CXO-level executives to drive business growth.Drive large account acquisitions and ensure long-term client engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.Key Requirements:Proven experience in business development for permanent hiring OR RPO sales, OR GCC client acquisition.Strong industry network in Engineering, Manufacturing, Consumer, or Pharma sectors.Exceptional rapport-building and networking skills.Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.Track record of acquiring and managing large clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-oriented
