Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate leads.  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and signing up new clients for our co-working spaces.  •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.  •Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance our offerings.  •Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for management review.  •Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.  Requirements:  •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  •Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role within the real estate or co-working spaces industry.  • •Educational qualification: Any under graduate / Graduate.  •Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for transportation needs.  •Only Male Candidate Preferable.
