This company is dedicated to fostering an environment where employees can thrive and contribute to their fullest potential.Job DescriptionManage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee records management.Oversee the implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements in Mumbai and other relevant regions.Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related needs and concerns.Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.Support recruitment processes and on-boarding of new employees.Drive HR technology initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency.The Successful ApplicantA successful Manager / Senior Manager - HR Operations should have:8 to 10 years of experience in HR operations.A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR operations within the financial services industry.Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labour laws.Proficiency in HR systems and technology tools.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
