Job Summary:

We are seeking a Workday Expense and Integration Specialist for our Bengaluru location, focusing on providing Workday functional expertise, crafting business process configurations, and supporting integration and data accuracy tasks. This role involves leading Workday-enabled finance expenses workstream(s) and acting as a primary liaison between business partners and internal teams. The specialist will ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Workday features and functionality, aiming for efficiency and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:  Lead day-to-day support and development in Workday Expense Module, including business process configuration, integrations, and testing. Enhance data accuracy and deploy new Workday features/functionality seamlessly. Act as the primary contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with stakeholders. Manage Workday upgrades, implement new functionalities, and optimize business processes for efficiency. Provide hands-on training to broaden internal Workday configuration knowledge.Must-Have Skills:  Extensive experience with Workday Expenses and integrations. Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and EIB. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and familiarity with Workday security administration.Industry Experience: 

Prior experience in financial management or HR technology implementations preferred.
