Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Expense and Integration Specialist to lead our finance expenses workstream(s) and act as a primary liaison between business partners and internal teams.

This role involves providing expertise in Workday functional configuration, business process crafting, and integration and data accuracy tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day support and development in the Workday Expense Module, including business process configuration, integrations, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance data accuracy and deploy new Workday features/functionality seamlessly.
  • Act as the primary contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage Workday upgrades, implement new functionalities, and optimize business processes for efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on training to broaden internal Workday configuration knowledge.

Must-Have Skills:

Extensive experience with Workday Expenses and integrations, strong knowledge of Workday configuration and EIB, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and familiarity with Workday security administration.
