Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the Central India region.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance.Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new distributors and retailers.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Cosmetics/Toiletries segment.Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ASM - Central India should have:

Education : MBA Mandatory (Tier 1 Institutes preferable)

Experience : Min 2 years experience in channel sales and GT as ASM within from Tier 1 FMCG companies
