Role Overview: The State Head will be responsible for driving overall sales performance, dealer network expansion, and market growth in the Andhra Pradesh region. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of agricultural and horticultural subsidy programs, strong government liaison skills, and a proven track record in dealer management within the agri-machinery, power tools, or related industries. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve state-level sales and collection targets as per business objectives. • Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network across the territory. • Identify and appoint new dealers; ensure activation and performance monitoring. • Develop and maintain relationships with key institutional and government clients. • Handle government tender business, rate contracts, and subsidy-linked programs. • Conduct market mapping to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence. • Submit sales forecasts and ensure effective planning and reporting. • Participate in marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, roadshows, and farmer meetings. • Maintain close coordination with internal teams for smooth execution of sales strategies. Candidate Profile: • Qualification: Engineering Degree / Agriculture Graduate / MBA. • Experience: 10–15 years in Sales or Marketing, preferably in Agri Machinery, Power Tools, Lubricants, Irrigation Systems or Farm Implements industry within Andhra Pradesh. • Proven experience in dealer management, government liaison and tender handling. • Strong analytical and communication skills with a process-oriented approach. • Proficiency in computer applications and report generation. • Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
