The client is a legacy brand in the travel industry with decades of experience in curating domestic and international leisure travel experiences.
Job Description
Lead the P&L for the Leisure Travel vertical, overseeing sales, operations, and CRM functions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Drive operational excellence across booking, itinerary planning, customer experience, and post-sales service.
Oversee the CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Liaise closely with marketing to align campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning with business goals.
Collaborate with product, technology, and digital teams to enhance customer journey through tech-driven solutions.
Identify and act on new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovations in the travel space.
Build and lead a high-performing team across geographies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of experience in the travel industry with proven leadership in leisure travel.
Strong exposure to sales, customer operations, and CRM in a consumer-facing environment.
Demonstrated experience in working with tech platforms/products; must be tech-savvy.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
