Job Summary:

The On-Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. The role includes site supervision, safety program implementation, reading drawings, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, manage work crews, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Behavior-Based Safety (BBS): Implement and enforce BBS practices to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct safety audits and monitor safety compliance.

Drawing & Structural Reading: Interpret construction drawings and structural plans to guide the team in executing work according to specifications.

Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily reports, safety inspections, and other site documentation.

Reporting & Communication: Report daily on project progress, issues, and any corrective actions needed.

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the construction team, ensuring high-quality work and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in site supervision and managing construction teams.

Knowledge of Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) principles and safety audits.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and structural plans.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
