Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenBusiness Managerto lead and expand our modular furniture business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales, business development, client relationship management, and overall growth strategies. This role requires strong industry knowledge, market analysis, and leadership skills to drive revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify and acquire new clients, including corporate offices, architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and institutions.Expand market reach by targeting new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase modular furniture solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing after-sales support.

3. Operations & Team Management:

Lead and motivate the sales and operations team to meet business goals.Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.Monitor inventory, supply chain, and order fulfillment processes.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.Analyze competitors and position the company effectively in the market.Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost sales.

5. Financial & Business Planning:

Prepare and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and financial reports.Ensure profitability by optimizing costs and maximizing revenue.Drive business expansion and explore opportunities for new product lines.
