Reporting Relationships:Reports to Sales Development Manager – EMEA & APAC (UK based)Dotted line reports to Local Sales Leaders (India based)Location:Mumbai/Delhi/BengaluruThe LHH Team is spread across Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi is co-located in every location along with the Adecco Group team. We operate in a hybrid structure with 3 days at work and 2 days work from home.Language:EnglishIn this role you can expect toKey AccountabilitiesUse a mixture of outbound calling, emailing, and marketing campaign follow up to organize meetings between prospective customers and the LHH sales teamAccurately qualify new prospective customer accounts, based upon established criteriaConduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetingsMaintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities & use these to identify opportunities in the marketMaintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in salesforceWork closely with Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targetsAll About YouMinimum 1+ years of work history in a pipeline generation role in an outbound environment Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environmentAdvanced knowledge of English is mandatoryUnderstanding of B2B data sources and tools (., Sales Force, Outreach, Sales Navigator etc)Goal-oriented, has ownership, curiosityExcellent interpersonal and team management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat we offerGrowth opportunities within a human resources global leaderWe prioritize learning to stay agile in an increasingly competitive business environmentWe foster an open-minded environment where people spark new ideas and explore alternativesContract: PermanentContract Type: Full-timeHours: 9am – 5pmAbout LHHLHH empowers professionals and organizations to achieve bold ambitions and secure lasting impact through unique advisory services and talent sources.Our full suite of offerings connects solutions that are traditionally siloed, making LHH your single talent partner.
