About Our Client

In India we specialize in recruitment at mid to senior level in 5 disciplines- Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Legal and Human Resources. Currently we have 3 offices in India- Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon. To support our growth plans in India we are looking at hiring young, dynamic individuals to enable our leadership and teams.

Job Description

* Do Market feasibility for launch of certain verticals - Map Organization charts through innovative business development activity
* Lead Generation: Identify new channels to increase client base
* Market research: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, competition, and talent availability to enrich our client engagement efforts and making pitch decks
* Candidate sourcing: Utilise various sources of hiring diversified talents across industries for the open roles
* Candidate Management: Responsible for managing the candidates' applications & maintaining candidate pipeline
* Recruitment process: assisting a team of consultants for end-to-end functions of the recruitment cycle
* Database management: Ensuring our Internal Databases are always updated.

Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.1-3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, candidate management, or exec hiring

You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, have an amicable personality, and showcase hunger to succeed.
