Job Description
* 6+ years in engineering with 3+ years in a leadership role
* Expertise in UAV/drone tech, embedded systems, and sensor integration
* Passion for innovation and a hands-on approach
* Experience in Agile project management and a start-up mindset Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of drone/UAV systems, including flight control, autonomy, and navigation.
* Experience with hardware and software integration, sensor systems, embedded systems, and RF communications.
* Knowledge of regulations and safety standards relevant to drones and unmanned aerial vehicles.
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and inspiring engineering teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* Project Management: Hands-on experience in Agile project management, with a track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects on time.
