About Our Client

Leading private equity firm with plans to grow in the next couple of years. It has its presence globally as well.

Job Description

Oversee operational finance tasks, including investor reporting, banking relationships, and deal acquisitions.Negotiate and finalise financial documents and draw downs.Manage relationships with investors and ensure timely responses to queries.Ensure compliance with taxation regulations and manage tax notices.Assist in fund structuring and fund raising efforts.Provide guidance and support to the finance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.Review financial reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Manage entity operations and stakeholder relationships effectively.

The Successful Applicant

Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred; MBA in Finance will also be considered.5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, specifically within private equity or asset management.Strong understanding of AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) and FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) regulations.Proven experience in operational finance roles, with a focus on execution rather than consulting or marketing.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
