Job description URGENT HIRING for Social Media Executive Email ID: rahulk.kanojia@white-force.in Contact : 9300955707 Location- Pune High school diploma or equivalent; college degree Salary range 2.5-4lpa Key Responsibilities: ·Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. ·Create and run paid ad campaigns on GoogleAds & MetaAds (Facebook & Instagram). ·Monitor and analyze ad performance, optimize campaigns for better ROI. ·Generate engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos. ·Manage social media accounts, respond to comments and messages. ·Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing. ·Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing creatives. ·Track KPIs and generate reports to measure the success of social media efforts. Requirements: ·2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and paid advertising. ·Hands-on experience with GoogleAds & MetaAds. ·Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools. ·Excellent communication and creative writing skills. ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
